Brasserie Revue is the local restaurant of Boutique Hotel Le Theatre with a beautiful terrace on the Vrijthof in Maastricht.

We are looking for a driven and passionate colleague in our kitchen team with good social skills. You offer a curious attitude, you are proactive and have a passion for an all-round kitchen job. In this job, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with kitchen work and to develop your culinary skills with young, ambitious and passionate chefs.

Our team is ready every day with a smile to give our guests a great taste in preparing dishes. Fun and serving passionate food are our top priorities!

The shifts consist of day shifts (8:00 to 16:00) and evening shifts (16:00 to closing), during the week and at the weekend.

Boutique Hotel Le Theatre, is part of the Brouwer Horeca Groep. The Brouwer Horeca Groep contains three different hospitality venues in the heart of Maastricht. The other two venues are Au Mouton Blanc and Fitz-Roy. By offering a diverse range of establishments, we make sure there are opportunities for you to grow and develop.
